This all depends on what kind of rice you are talking about. Brown, unhulled rice is the healthiest form there is. It contains manganese, iron, and selenium. White rice contains just about nothing but calories.
Depends what you have for each meal really. Say you had egg fried rice and prawns for the Chinese part, chicken rice and spices bake for the Pakistani and veggie nuggets and chips for the English dinner I think the English dinner is the healthiest.
