first of all, our blood pressure is represented by two values, a high one on a low one, for ex: 120/70.
if you look at the normal person, who does not exercise too much, but does, and is keeping his weight leveled should be around:
high value: 90-140
low value: 60-90
meaning 140/90 is defined as high blood pressure, and 90/60 is low blood pressure that can be messured on people in shock (not mental, physical), and dehydrated.
some people are Hypertensive (normaly have a high blood pressure), and some people are born Hypotensive on the other hand (normally have low blood pressure).
after all this, if that male eats correctly and does some excersive from time to time his blood pressure should be about 110-130 / 70-85
