Before I had a baby I weighed 165 my BMI was 26.6, I was considered overweight. While I could have lost a few pounds of fat I was pretty healthy, most of my weight was muscle. I recently had a baby, I am back down to 167 but most of the weight I lost was muscle mass so my body fat percentage is much higher now than before I had a baby so I have a lot more fat to lose this time around.
