Archaeologists look for and study ancient human civilizations, not dinosaur fossils...so they shouldn't be finding any.
Paleontologists, however, find fossils on a regular basis. It mostly depends on the paleontologist's era of expertise, what they're looking for exactly, and where they are looking. For example, anyone with a rock can walk past one of the bluffs where I live and go home with a pocket full of crinoid fossils or fossilized shark teeth without any kind of experience or training.
In the Badlands of North Dakota, finds are fairly common, while dinosaur finds in some areas where heavy water erosion has since happened (such as where I live), it is extremely rare to find them due to the replacement of dinosaur habitat by ocean for a short (geologically) amount of time.

∙ 12y agothe outlook for Paleontology is that there are more paleontologists who graduate each year then there are open jobs .Educational jobs such as teaching paleontology are also disappearing.
