Real life.
A cinema
There really is no difference between a cinema and a movie theater. The only real difference is the word itself. Depending on where you are, some people may refer to it as a cinema, while other people may refer to it as a movie theater. There really is no difference in meaning.
I have set-up movie screen using a pulley system to raise a screen onto a building. It a fairy easy process. It basically worked similar to pull a shade up. I set-up a 28' wide movie screen using a pulley system to mount the screen to baseball backstops and other structures.
A double feature is when two things are featured one after the other. This typically applies to movies, such as when two movies are shown at a drive-in movie theater.

The word 'écran' may mean screen. In terms of 'screen', the object may be one of a movie theater, or one of a display. It also may serve as a word, other than 'cinéma', for movie theater.

The other side had a cheesy movie.
A 3-D IMAX film is just like any other 3-D movie except that it is on a huge screen. The screen is so big that it completely occupies the front of the theater. You put on a pair of 3-D glasses, and watch the movie as if it was in real life, or the third dimension.
At the Movie Theater.
There aren't any movie theaters now. The only existing movie theater the Chicago Theater that's located on State St near Lake St. It is used for concerts or other entertainment. There used to be the Oriental Theater The State -Lake Theater Michael Todd Theater United Artist Theater The Roosevelt Theater & The Woods
The Riverview theater is a movie theater that is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The theater has relatively great reviews compared to other theaters around the area.
I prefer to go to a movie theater because it is wide screen and it's dark! When you rent a movie, then it's boring and dull in the room! Also, you can get what I love, and I hope you love them too! Then you have to buy the DVD and you have to buy popcorn and other stuff.
of course you can if you behave badly and swear and make lots of noise it can make other people very annoyed and the people in charge will tell you to get out!!
Probably movie theaters. Going to a theater allows one person to see a movie once for the price of one ticket. Buying a DVD allows as many people as you can fit in your living room to see a movie as many times as you want. There are other reasons (new releases, screen size, better sound system in most cases) that you might prefer a movie theater, but price probably isn't one of them.
If you have a home that is large enough to hold a 40 inch led television, then you should consider investing in one. They have a great quality that would make you think you are at a movie theater. The screen on most of these televisions is flat so the quality is much better than other televisions.
