Actually South Australia doesn't have a separate prime minister as it is a state of Australia and not a separate country. So the Prime Minister of Australia - Kevin Rudd - is the Prime Minister of all Australian states. South Australia has a Premier who at the present is Mike Rann of the Australian Labor Party.

No one.

South Australia is a state of Australia, and as such, does not have a Prime Minister. The Australian states are each governed by a Premier. The Prime Minister is the head of the Federal Parliament.
