2009 Statutes, 349.181 Restrictions on who may Participate in lawful gambling (as of March 2, 2010): Age still is listed as 18. See related links.

In 1999 the National Gambling Impact Commission recommended raising the gambling age to 21 and the Minnesota Family Institute still is lobbying for that change. On February 25, 2010, the Minnesota House Commerce and Labor Committee started debate on four gambling bills during informal hearings, but I am not aware of any current legislation to increase the gambling age at this time.

gambling is illegal in Idaho, unless upon an Indian Reservation. If legal the age limit would go along with national requirements of a minimum of 21 years old
