What is the likelihood of pregnancy after 9 weeks if numerous tests were negative and no symptoms yet but also no period?

By now a test would show positive but I have heard stories when a HPT never shows pregnant on a woman, even when they know they are. 9 weeks ia very late, you should see your doctor if you are not pregnant they can look into why you aren't getting your period and if you are you need to start getting prenatal care.
