What is the limitation of logic?
Logic has no limitations beyond that of the language used to communicate the idea. Logic cannot be used to prove things that are not true, but that is inherent in that to prove something it must be true. Pure logical reasoning has little application because there is not enough data to further it to any specific action. Abstract reasoning has infinite application.
The main limitation on the use of Emitter Coupled Logic is that it is very very power hungry, so the devices tend to require a significant cooling system to remove the waste heat. But in most systems where the speed advantage offered by Emitter Coupled Logic is deemed a necessary requirement, this is usually considered a minor price to pay.
The blocks in a logic gate depends on the logic family we use. A logic gate is designed using a specific logic family. The logic families can be DTL, TTL, CMOS etc. The blocks are different for different logic families.
