YES ALL JEEPS SINCE 1989 HAVE SAME BOLT PATTERNS. I Added: No you are wrong the Jeep YJ 1987-1995 and TJ 1997-2006 have the same bolt pattern. 5 on 4.5. The New JK Wrangler 2007-Present has a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. All Jeep CJs have a 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. You will need spacers to put JK wheels on a TJ Rubicon

No, the bolt pattern for the 2007+ is 5 on 5.5; the bolt pattern on 1986-1995 is 5 on 4.5.
If you havent found out yet ,they will not fit, the bolt pattern is different a 2006 rubi should fit .Bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5 ( 4 1/2 ).
The 2003-2006 Rubicon rims have a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. I think that the 94 wrangler has the same bolt pattern but I'm not positive. 2007+ rims will only fit on 2007+ vehicles.

The stock wheels from the 2007 and newer Jeep Wranglers will NOT fit on the 2006 and older Wranglers. The bolt pattern is different. The 2007 and newer have a 5 on 5 bolt pattern and the 2006 and older have a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern.
