Once you install the code on your action replay (type in Pokemon modifier code in Google) in your bag there will be 493 master balls, after you press L + R. now the Pokemon you want, you have to find out it's number. then you toss out master balls until you have the same amount of master balls as the Pokemon's #. Then, you press L and run around in the grass. the Pokemon will appear. If it doesnt, you may have to hold L while running but it does work. to get 493 master balls again, just press L + R :) hope I helped!
