There is no such thing as "communist capitalism" but if you mean the state capitalism of say China today and if by "democracy capitalism" you mean liberal democratic countries, the economic systems are essentially the same. China simply has a much more oppressive political system, from the point of view of the workers and peasants in China anyway.

Max Weber defines "spirit of capitalism" as the ideas and esprit that favor the rational pursuit of economic gain.
It depends what you mean by "most powerful". If you mean "most advanced", Communism was the most advanced stage of society posited by Karl Marx and Engels. The progression was from Feudalism to Capitalism to Socialism to Communism. If by powerful you mean the most influential paradigm and ideology today, it would be capitalism in its neoliberal flavor.
