That would be a wing stall, or just, 'stall'. This kind of stall has nothing to do with the aircraft's engine, if it has one.
yes. if you don't clean out a horses stall your horse could end up with all sorts of problems e.g thrush in hoof. how would you like to live in a dirty room fill of wee and poo? not very much.
At least once a week and that's pushing it. I would clean at least it twice a week. Just look at the floor of the stall and if you think it looks like it needs to be cleaned, clean it or if it looks dirty clean it. Hope that helps. Sources: I take care of farm animals
The idle control solonoid is probably dirty. Take it off of the throtle body and clean it.
If the horse is in the stall frequently, then clean it frequently. Every day!
Stall
you should really clean your horses stall from 3-6 days of the week.
If the horse is stalled frequently you should muck out the stall at least twice daily if not more. Many people will muck out in the morning then 'spot' clean as they pass the stall and see a new dirty spot. In the evening they will again muck out the stall or add extra bedding.
If you spend a lot of time with your horse, a relationship will grow between you. A horse can be your friend that will always accept you when others don't. You also get a nice dirty stall to clean out every morning :)
