bake 2 lbs ground pork temperature and how long
i say cook@ 400 for ten minutes then turn down to 325 and cook until internal temp is 165 -170 degrees.
Why would you "cook" a pork roast in the microwave. Pork roast are a tough meat and it requires low temp at about 10 hours like in a crock pot.
For pan seared chops that are 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick, it would take about 4-6 minutes to sear and an additional 5-8 minutes over lower hear to finish. This is for pork that is cooked to 140*F
pork should be cooked to an internal temp of 165 Fahrenheit. Depends on the cut of pork how long or what temperature. CHECK the link i added for more info. Or Google Pork roasting times.
Slow cook in the oven at 185 for about 4 1/2 hours then let rest. internal temp should be 145 *F
Roasting by time is an extremely unreliable method. Buy a meat thermometer (about $5) and cook pork to an internal temp of 160oF
How long not question its what temp. Pork is easy to overcook . Being boneless its a finer meat. When baking it keep temp around 300 degrees then after 20 min turn them over let cook for 10 to 15 on other side. Usually with pork ; when it starts getting done white juice comes to surface that's when you know its time to turn them and less time to cook on other side.
Yes because they cook in lard grease they cook in pork grease
No. But you need ground pork to make pork sausage. Just add seasonings.
Ground pork or minced pork is just raw pork and pork fat. A pork sausage is ground pork with added ingredients such as herbs and spices, the flavour or taste of a pork sausage will vary depending on the recipe used and the flavouring added, so no ground pork and sausage should not taste the same.
I am a chef and you need to cook it until the internal temp is 145 degrees or at oven temp 350 for 30-45 min. It also depands on how you are cooking it. Grill? Oven? Stove Top? Slow cooking?
