Water is the most abundant molecule on Earth's surface. It is also the most abundant molecule found in the human body.

Water helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to different parts of the body and removes toxins and wastes from the body. It also helps to regulate body temperature and acts as a cushion to protect internal organs and joints.

The only answer to this question is Glucose, but that is only because all cells perform some sort of respiration. The term "Organic Compound" has a variable definition, anything from "a compound that contains carbon" to "a compound that has one or more C-H bonds". Luckily, Glucose falls into both of these categories.

The structural formula of Glucose is CH2OH-(CHOH)4-CHO
