Why do you have to have a hygiene check?
Why on earth would anyone ask such a ridiculous question?! Hygiene checks are critical in the food industry. How would you like it if you had an absolutely filthy waitress who got her scum and muck all over your food? Uncleanliness can also lead to illness and some serious diseases. Are you sane? This question is very strange, and can easily be answered with common sense.

Yes HACCP applies in the hospitality industry. The common saying of safer food for consumption from farm to fork applies directly to the industry. The HACCP is critical in the industry as we are dealing with the health of other people. By providing food and beverage service to guest in this industry, a well maintain HACCP program is crucial for the protection of unwanted contamination of food and beverage products that are given to our guest. If the HACCP program works effectively and efficiently in the industry, I am sure that it will minimise the risk of food contamination or even eliminate completely the risk. It will reduce your cost in the long run, it will make your guest happy, it will increase your popularity with good hygiene standard practice and it will guaranty the job of every employees.
