What is the origin of the surname Sescon?

sescon families came from southern leyte Philippines specifically in the municipality of malitbog leyte. original ancestors in the time of either the Japanese invasion or Spaniards, that im not sure of, were not "sescon" but thir surname was "lolo". according to my grandma, the family name was changed to sescon in order to hide the identities of the sescon ancestors who were then guerrilla fighters in that area at those times. it was coined from the English word "coin"...since guerrilla fighters were fighting side by side by the American forces and so they were familiar with the English language.
