There is no typical name for "shark Skin" however there is small denticles on some shark species that are tooth like that protect the sharks actual skin. its like the sharks "armor" if you will.

depends on the shark. Great Whites are grayish blue on top and white on bottom, Tiger sharks are stripped, and there are others that are brown.

Some are white and some are blue, brown, gray, or orange. The goblin shark is pink.
