No, it is high. The 135 isn't too bad but the 100 is definitely high. An ideal blood pressure would be 120/80 but 130/90 it the upper limit of normal.
You need to consider the conditions under which your blood pressure was taken. Under extremes of stress, eating certain foods and other conditions everyone's blood pressure goes up. Also, there are proper body positions combined with the blood pressure meter position to get accurate readings.
If the readings you gave are consistent when measured repeatedly for a few days and at different times of the day I would discuss it with your doctor.
