Determining your daily calorie intake depends on many factors (age, height and weight, activity level, etc.). On average, though, most moderately-active females need about 2,000 a day. A little less if you're less active, a little more if you're more active. For a more spot-on number, though, try talking to your doctor.

The Data you have given me is insufficient to provide an accurate answer. But i am going to assume you

are 75 Kilograms and do minimum amount of exercise.
