The opposite longitude from the Prime Meridian (Greenwich Meridian) is the line of 180° longitude, which is both 180° east and 180° west.
This would ideally be the International Date Line. But the date line has been repositioned east or west for convenience. Countries either want a consistent date (e.g. Alaska and the Aleautians) or want to have an earlier or later date than their geographical position would dictate (e.g. Kiribati).
That would be called The International Date line, or 180 West, or 180 East.
