You probably mean H2SO4, where H +1; S +6;O-2.
H2SiO4 does not exist. If it did the oxidation numbers of the constituent elements would be H +1; Si +6; O -2. The compound silicic acid is H4SiO4 (not isolatable) with H +1, Si +4 and O -2.
