How can the PH of an avocado be 15.6 when the PH scale goes from 0-14, 7 being neutral! Drain cleaner has a PH of 14. Not sure I would want to eat something that is off the PH scale at either end. Putting something that alkaline into a stomach that is normally acidic would explode your stomach!
