There isn't just one download code for eShop software. You have to purchase a download code from a game store like EBgames or GameStop. Unfortunately, that's the only way because if you happen to find one online, it still wouldn't work if you used it because the cashier at the game store needs to manually register the code in Nintendo's database before you can use it. Sucks, right? I am gonna try to convince my parents to get it for me. :)

∙ 9y agoThe PIN number for Mario Kart 7 is provided with the purchase of the game and can only be used once. PIN numbers do not come with games pre-installed on a console. In order to get a PIN number, you must purchase the game.
