I don't know the exact numbers without using a calculator but they aproach phi, 1.6180339..., if that helps you at all. All sequences that use the formula Xn-1+Xn-2= Xn approach phi.

### What is the difference between a sequence and a series?

The sum of the terms in a sequence is called a series. Sequence
is a function whose domain is the natural numbers. So f(1)= first
entry in the sequence, and f(2) is the next.... f(n) is the nth
term. We usually don't write sequences that way. Instead of f(1) we
write, a1 to refer to the first term. The function tells us the
rule we use to find the terms of the sequence. So for example, f
says take n and square it. Then the first 3 terms of the
sequence are 1, 4 and 9 and the first 3 terms of the series are 1,
5 and 14

### How do you find out the formula for a Quadratic Sequence?

A quadratic sequence is when the difference between two terms
changes each step. To find the formula for a quadratic sequence,
one must first find the difference between the consecutive terms.
Then a second difference must be found by finding the difference
between the first consecutive differences.

### Find the sum of the first 48 terms of an aritmetic sequance 2 4 6 8?

Sum of 1st 2 terms, A2 = 2 + 4 = 6
Sum of 1st 3 terms, A3 = 2 + 4 + 6 = 12
Sum of 1st 4 terms A4 = 2 + 4 + 6 + 12 = 20
you can create a formula for the sum of the 1st n terms of this
sequence
Sum of 1st n terms of this sequence = n2 + n
so the sum of the first 48 terms of the sequence is 482 + 48 =
