UNLOCK CODES ARE NOT STANDARD TO ANY VEHICLE YOU NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR LOCAL GM DEALERSHIP AND LET THE TRACK DOWN THE CODE FOR YOU. UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE VERY FRIENDLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE BILL.

For what it's worth, there are guys on Ebay who claim to be able to help you recover the code ... for a price. I've never used their services, but I DID buy instructions on how to re-set the key fob. It worked.
