Joint Typhoon Warning Center was created in 1959.
Either in the "Power Center" under the hood on the passenger side strut tower, or in the in-cabin fuse center on the passenger side. Open passenger front door and there's a fuse panel door to pull off on the side of the dash. The above answer is incorrect. The turn signal flasher is incorporated into the hazard warning switch on the dash. You have to remove the vent next to the hazard warning switch to get the unit out. The entire unit must be replaced.
Your CD player is located in the console, directly below the stereo. The sliding door should be close to the floor board on the passenger side of the center console.

Means a minor warning such as; petrol low, parking bulb failure, possibly passenger seatbelts. It can also mean you have a message in the message center such as needing scheduled service.
NOAA
yes
I have one, and it does have the tire pressure warning. It is displayed in the same message center as the low fuel warning, and it makes the same warning sound.
If equipped it is under the dash on the passenger side, look for a sliding access panel under the glove box. Or a long skinny pop-off panel (about 1" by 6") under the glove box and close to the center console.
