Both generator and motor are energy converters. Subject to losses, both convert one form of energy into another.
All motors and generators use a form of motion on one side of their energy conversion process (typically, but not necessarily, rotary motion).
For example, a petrol engine is a motor that converts combustible fuel into rotary motion, an electric generator converts (typically rotary) motion into electric energy.
Complimentary motor/generator pairs are only possible among certain forms of energy. For example, an electric motor can be connected to a generator, thus converting electric energy into rotary motion, and converting rotary motion back into electric energy.
Other complimentary motor/generator pairs are only possible by indirection. For example, a wind turbine converts wind energy into rotation, which can be converted into electric energy with an (electric) generator. This generator's output can then supply an electric motor, which converts it into rotary motion, which in turn might drive a fan blade, thus converting rotary motion into wind energy.
Not all energy forms support complimentary motor/generator pairs. Combustible fuels such as petrol, for example, can be converted into rotary motion which a combustion engine. However, a generator capable of converting rotary motion into combustible fuel has yet to be invented.
Nelco Canada is best known for manufacturing motors and generators and is the exclusive dealer in Canada for Maxcess. It is located in Barrie, ON Canada and the General Manager is Brad Hunter.
Distinguish between a public law relationship and a private law relationship.
What is the relationship between ethics and WHAT? You need at least two things to have a relationship.
a relationship between brothers should be sacred and good....
there is no relationship
They are neither. Coal is a fuel which can be used to run motors and generators.
the electric motors are round and the generators are square and they are powered by the sunshine the generators blow bubbles and the electric motors blow somkey green gas!! this gas is deadly If you are able, perhaps you can answer this in a serious manner. If you don't know the answer, than please STFU!!
No. No. No. No.
Electric motors and generators are electromagnetic devices that are the opposite of each other. Electric motors convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, while electric generators convert mechanical energy into electrical energy.
It ends up with energy
Electric motors take electric energy and turn it into kinetic energy Generators take mechanical energy and turn it into electric energy
you take the moter
Stator and rotor
They are because they can.

In 2001 the industry's products consisted of four primary product groups: fractional horsepower motors, integral horsepower motors and generators, land prime mover generator sets, and parts and supplies for motors and generators.
they go round and round and use gas
