The Christians/Protestant don't believe in the baptism of babies due to that they don't know what is right or wrong; plus they cannot confess their sins and cannot confess Christ as Lord and Saviour. Plus, Jesus said that the kingdom of God belongs to the children ----Matthew 19:13-15
The Salvation Army does NOT observe any of the traditional SACRAMENTS. They have prayers and doctrine - such as Knee Drills, donation envelopes are rather martially called ( cartridges) and so on but they do not observe sacraments. This dates to General Booth, the founder.
It may come as a surprise but the Salvation Army-which is a Church or denomination, does not observe Sacraments at all, including Baptism. There doctrine repudiates the whole Sacramental idea- there is Power In The Blood, yes, but no Lord"s Supper, Baptism, etc. This dates to the early days of General William Booth, Booth felt that the issue of Sacramental theology- such as the role of the Eucharist or communion simply divided Christians. Booth was determined to have Gender parity in his church- and public opinion was (and still is-on the grounds that Jesus was a Man and the references to the Last Supper- THIS IS MY BODY, would make feminine consecration of the communion a sacrilege, Booth was ahead of his time on the Gender front. There may be other reasons, like the Army"s anti-liquor stance which would be compromised with Sacramental wine- which it must be admitted does not circulate.
The Baptists reject the idea of infant baptism as do the Jehovah Witnesses. A person who is baptized makes a decision to dedicate their lives to God. An infant or very young child is not able to understand what this means so baptizing them makes no sense.
that babby infants probably do not like baptism!
but seriesly the Jews do not like the baptism of baby or any one because Jews are not to like being under the water, it is not in the walk of god to be that way.
its not a sect evangelicals because they belive that a child dosent have any sins so why should they get baptised. when you get baptized good forgets your sins

I'm not sure where you got this idea from. Most Christian denominations practise baptism and of those that do, many baptise infants. Those who do not are baptised as adults. In the Roman Catholic Church. and the Anglican Church, baptism of babies is widely practised, and a further service of 'confirmation' is held once the child is old enough to make a commitment to Christ himself - usually iin his or her teen years, although confirmation of adults is also common. Many Christian denominations bring their infant children to their place of worship for baptism taking upon themselves the responsibility to live a "Christian Life". Others wait until the individual is ready to accept Christ individually and then they are baptized. St. Paul writes "There is one faith, one Lord, one baptism." The Roman Catholic Church recognizes all Trinitarian baptism as valid Baptism.
Charles X was a strong believer in absolutism and rejected the very idea of the charter.
