The goal would stand as long as the offside rule was not breached, that no offense was committed. The restart would be the ball to the centre circle. The team having given the goal away would take a kick off.

This is not a reason to stop play, and so there is no restart. This does not apply if the 'keeper received the ball directly from a teammate, in which case it is a different foul entirely (pass-back rule).

Either the goalie takes a free kick, or the opposing team gets a free kick at the goal.
