Rule of man=holds that ultimate power resides in a person. The princeple that every member of system of law that is arbitrarily specifed and inconsistenly enforced. china

Rule of law=holds that no indiviual is above laws that are clearly specifed, commonly understood and family enforced.

Managers prefer rule of law countries , because there is democracy, so they can find democratic solutions
