Humans are made up of a variety of different cells, all of which are different sizes, shapes and have different functions. The average size of a human cell is between 10 and 100 micrometers. However nerve cells and skin cells can be larger than this.

Well.... it depends. The red blood cell is about the size of a freckle. The cell is the smallest and most basic type of structure and function in a living thing.

Humans have about 100 trillion or 1014 cells; a typical cell size is 10 Micrometreand a typical cell mass is 1 nanogram.

The average human cell is about 30 micrometers, but keep in mind that prokaryote cells are roughly 10 times smaller than that!
