It doesn't have timing..
3494 lbs on the Twin Turbo.
You can find complete diagrams at http://www.CarGurus.com
too much work not worth it. fast car without it.
My suggestion is: If your not a good mechanic find a good Nissan shop. It isn't an easy job without the right tools and knowledge.
ITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE ENGINE WHEN YOU OPEN THE HOOD, ON TOP BY THE THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE STRUT MOUNT
The ECU is located underneath the wooden panel/ underneath the carpet on the passenger side, below the glovebox
the only thing different would the internals of the trans the turbo trans is a heavy duty trans.
For the 1990 to 1996 300zx model years:1. 300 horsepower for the twin turbo model2. 222 horsepower for the naturally aspirated model
your gonna want a vg30dett v6 twin turbo dual over head cam
THAT IS THE TRANSISTOR IGNITION UNIT WHICH SENDS OUT THE SPARK TO THE SPARK PLUGS AFTER THE COILS. IN THE EARLY Z32 300ZX'S, THERE WAS A RECALL TO GO TO NISSAN AND GET THAT CHANGED FOR FREE
I think it has 222hp for the non turbo.
It depends on the year. The 1990-99 NA has 222HP, the TT has 280HP on an automatic while the manuel gets 300HP. The previous years are a lot weaker. The 300ZX Turbo made before 1990 has less horsepower than a Naturally Aspirated 300ZX 1990+
The "1990 Nissan 300ZX" was a very popular model in it's time. The "Card ID" website noted the carrying capacity of the "300ZX" was noted to be a hefty 1500 pounds.
A Nissan 300ZX? No
it should be "0.44"
This is not a hard job, but will take some time to do. You will need an impact wrench and a gear / pulley puller; do not even attempt this job with out these tools
You will have to do extensive Mods, and if you've never done anything like it, it will be VERY not-easy! dave
only on the 2+2 models (NA) models. twin turbo models were 2 seats......if you you wanted a 4 seat twin turbo it would have to come directly from japan
yes it will work. The only difference is that putting an auto harness on standard is you will have a few extra wires. They go to auto transmission sensors. if you can get the pcm too. it'll still read right but it'll be best to get the right one.
