What is the sucking noise when accelerating from 99 RAM w59 Liter?

it is probably just the intake. Check the air intake system for leaks. if you dont find any leaks it may be the filter. If it has a hole the air passing through it at high speeds may be causing noise. If that doesn't help it is most likely the normal sound of the intake.

Its not your brakes making the noise. Most liklly your CV joint is warn out.

Possibly, but you will run into computer, sensor, and wiring differences. It would be easier to get the proper engine.

It does, but the filter is part of the pump module in the fuel tank on a 2005 Ram 1500.

The Ram 5.7 liter uses 5 w30 from 2003-2005. It uses 5w20 from 2006-present. You can use synthetic, conventional, or a blend.
