I'm not sure if Cottus has a symbol. Cottus, also named as the Striker or The Furious, was part of the very beginning of Greek mythology, and probably before then. It's also noted that he was a very strong giant, had fifty heads and a hundred hands, and is a guard of the gates of Tartarus.
Maybe his symbol was a weapon, like a spear. Or it could simply be a fist because he was so strong.
