Ford never made a 3.8L SHO the SHO was 3.0L or 3.2L... the 3.8L was an available motor which opened up more options like leather seats, auto-nighttime light, and JBL high quality audio.the SHO motors have at least 260HP out of their 3.2L, its all about the compression ratio, timing, exhaust and induction...
