The (often) kinda basket-like thingy used to prevent dogs from biting is called a muzzle.
They help get rid of an over bite or an under bite.
This is play. My dogs do it all the time. It could also be a show of dominance.
It's a bit like why babies suck things. They are learning how to use their mouth. Slightly older puppies will playfully bite because that is what they would do with their brothers and sisters to learn how to fight later in life. This doesn't mean that if they do playfully bite young in life, they will bite as they get older. If you don't want them to, tell them 'no' in a commanding voice, and over time they will drop the habit.
I bite the inside of my mouth all the time. There is no definite way to stop you just have to lean to stop over time.
run, walk, sit, roll over bark eat lick bite scratch wag
A cat's mouth is cleaner. The average cat mouth has about 16-18 different types of bacteria, while the dog mouth has over 60 different types. They tend to have less because they open their mouths less often, thus not attracting so many microorganisms from the outside world, while the dog is constantly panting and breathing heavily through their mouths. Another reason because of this is that dogs tend to lick and bite things more than cats, whether it's exploring a new object or person that came into the house, drinking toilet water, or eating dirty socks. Cats, on the other hand, sniff and paw things when they want to play and only occasionally bite. A cat's mouth is also cleaner because of their eating habits.
Click the dogs mouth to chew the bone, then move your mouse over it to "pet" it.
Over and under bite
There really are none, most everyone has an over-bite.
No, they don't actually chirp like birds But they shriek, if that's what you meant to say.
It's called a "hot spot". These can happen all over the body where the dog can get their mouth to.
