The oche is the line behind which the throwing player must stand (7 ft 9¼ inches from the dartboard per World Darts Federation regulations).

The throw line should be set at 7' 9 1/4" from the face of the board and if you measure a diagonal line from the center of the bull to the throw line it should measure 9' 7 3/8".
