I drive a '89 Laredo and I put 235 r15's on it. Slows down the Engine RPMs for better gas milage.
I bought a 92 Jeep Laredo and found it had a 1994 jeep engine in it.
The original tire size for a 1990 Jeep Cherokee Laredo is P195/75R15. The tires are for 15 inch wheels for the vehicle.
They are 5.25"

The stock tire size should be 225/75/15
The factory size is listed on the label on the driver's door jamb.
13 mm bolts are most likely on that Jeep.

The bolt on my 1994 jeep Cherokee is a 19 mm. I don't know if it's the same, but i bet it is.
The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee takes 20" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front and a 10" or 11" wiper on the rear.
