If you have the LU5 V8 you could do possibly up to 130MPH, I had a '86 5.0 and I got it up to 122, me with 2 other bodies in it. Still had room to go, but the weight was preventing its top.

if i remember right between 175 and 190 hp I owned an 82 z-28 with the crossfire 305 and it was rated at 165 hp. The 190 hp motor was not until 83 with the HO option and it had a 4 barrel carb.
