The torque specs for a Cadillac depend on which engine it has. For most 425, 572, 368, and 500 engines, the torque for the head bolts is 115 ft. pounds. The torque for the cam bolts is 25 ft. pounds, and the torque for the valve covers is 10 ft. pounds.

The rocker box bolt torque specifications, on your Harley-Davidson, is 15 pounds per square inch. The bolts should be torqued in five pound intervals.
There are 10 bolts holding the intake manifold onto the engine block. Five on the back and five on the front. If you letter the bolts A through J from left to right, rear side then front, you get the tightening sequence below. Tighten bolts in the number sequence shown. A-7, B-3, C-1, D-5, E-9 F-8, G-4, H-2, I-6, J-10 Torque bolts to 88 in-lbs, making two passes in sequence.

All "V" engines: Starting at top center, tighten all cylinder head bolts, in sequence, to 68 N·m (50 ft. lbs.) torque , Repeat procedure, tighten all cylinder head bolts to 143 N·m (105 ft. lbs.) torque. Repeat procedure to confirm that all bolts are at 143 N·m (105 ft. lbs.) torque.

This link will take you to the Fel-Pro publication that shows not only the torque specs but the torque sequence. The 4.9 is listed on page 29 of the pdf as "298 OHV (4.5)" which is a typo, but the numbers are correct. The page for the sequence is on the same table. Make sure to ONLY torque the 1,3,4 bolts on the final step or you may strip out the threads.
The 1994 Nissan Pathfinder had bolt torque specification is 140 pounds. There is not any removal sequence. There is only a sequence to put the bolts in.
