The manual transmission uses SAE 80-90 weight gear oil.
manual or auto?? manual would take standard gear oil. about 50w or so.
The recommended fluid for the b2500 is API GL-5. Alternatively, SAE 75W90 or 80W90 transmission oil is used in many places.
GL-5 for gear oil and for engine oil use 10W-30
The manual say 20w40 but I use 10w40 normal motor oil with any trouble.

Look at the gear stick, if its auto then you have an auto transmission, if its manual you have a manual transmission.
