The book itself is worth maybe several dollars. If it has coins in it then its value would depend upon the condition of the individual coins it contains.

The value of a 1909-1940 Lincoln Cents book can vary depending on the condition of the coins within it. In general, a complete and well-preserved collection may be worth around $50 to $100. However, individual coins with rare mint marks or in high grades could significantly increase the value of the book.

How much is a coin book worth with coins going as far back as 1828 and coin book of Lincoln cents as far back as 1941?

The book is worth almost nothing. However, if you will tell us what coins are in it, they could be valuable (or not). It is unlikely there is anything worth more than a few cents each in the 1941 and newer Lincoln cents.

What is the value of Lincoln pennies?

Lincoln cents have been minted since 1909 at three different mints so that's too broad a question to answer without writing a small book. The best thing to do on this site is to determine your coins' dates and look for questions like "What is the value of a <date> US cent?" As a rule of thumb, most Lincoln cents minted since about 1940 don't have much extra value while those from the 1930s and earlier are worth more. However there are many, many exceptions which is why specific dates and mintmarks are needed.
