1911 is not a rare date for Lincoln cents. In circulated condition, it's worth about 10-25 cents. A nice uncirculated one is worth about $10-25 The motto E Pluribus Unum ("From many, one") has appeared on cents since 1909 and on all circulating U.S. coins since around 1916, so this generally isn't a distinguishing characteristic. The most important characteristics are denomination, date, mintmark, and condition. 1911 is not a rare date for Lincoln cents, unless it has an "S" or a "D" mintmark under the date. Values in average circulated condition : no mintmark -- $0.20 "D" mintmark -- $3.50 "S" mintmark -- $12.00
Assuming you mean an American cent and not a British penny, its value depends on its condition and mint mark.
No mint mark - 25c if worn, $1.25 if moderately worn, $2 if only slightly worn.
"D" under the date - $5; $9, $15
"S" under the date - $20, $35, $42.
1911 with no mint mark in good condition is worth $.20, uncirculated is worth $30.00, proof is worth $275.00.

No general circulation Australian Penny was ever minted in silver. If you have an Australian 1911 silver Penny, it is because somebody plated it, and it is subsequently worthless as a collectible coin. There were a few silver Pennies minted in later years, but they were minted as a trial and never released.
