This is considered a common date.

With no mint mark, values run from a dime to about $1.50 depending on condition. With a "D" mint mark, 20 cents to $4. With an "S", 50 cents to $6. If it is a 1928 quarter penny,I will give you $100 for it My email is dawierush@mailbox.co.za
