The value according to Beckett magazine is $2.00 for the 1995 Derek Jeter star Rookie #225. The important thing to keep in mind is this is not his actual rookie card with Upper Deck. His actual rookie card is the 1993 card #449 Top Rookie Prospect card (this one carries a higher value).

According to tuffstuff.com's book value guide a 1995 Upper Deck Collector's Choice A-rod is value around$1.25 near mint to mint. But a graded card like your mint 9 would have the value increase. Also factors such as whether the card as stars or where the card came from can change the value.
