Please check your history books. The Confederacy ended in 1865 - they lost the Civil War, after all. Anything you have dated 1925 claiming to be a Confederate bill is clearly a fake.

In the 1950s and 1960s it was not unusual to find ads for wild amounts ($1000, $10,000, etc.) of 'real' Confederate money for one dollar, with the ads placed in comic books.
