If you are referring to a 2009 US Territories quarter, a copper-nickel one found in change is only worth 25¢.
A nice uncirculated one might sell for a dollar or so, and a special silver "Prestige Proof" version would sell for about 1/5 of the price of an ounce of silver. That value changes daily so you'd need to check a precious-metals website or the financial pages of a newspaper for up to date numbers.
