The only years US nickels were struck in silver was 1942-1945. 1882 is a Shield nickel. Most show heavy wear and are valued from $15.00 to $45.00 depending on grade.

The 1882 Double Eagle is very rare, a genuine example would have a starting value of $50,000.00
A 1957 nickel is worth face value only, unless it's uncirculated or a proof coin.
In average condition, both coins are only worth their face value.
