He always help his friends who have a problem, not only personal but social, economic as well. He is able to communicate orally or verbally and is very delighted to be a worker. Difference with A , D and E, B is not serious worker and he is never consistent in any kind of job given by Z. Sometime he gets angry with Z without any reason and he does not have willingness to work and stay as a member of this group. When he wants to decide to quit from this job, he is still thinking about his mother since he is the only son at his house and he should be responsible for his mother since his father passed away when he was at 14. However, he is too smart and his skills in computer is highly required by this group. Nevertheless, he is weaker worker that C both physically and psychologically, especially when he has been asked to make a decision badly, he was able to do it effectively without any complaint by anybody. He is also good in managing his stress when he fails to do his mission in achieving the organizational goal effectively.
